The release has not been announced yet. Pete is waiting for the packaging. They are supposed to be released in July. The locations have not yet been determined.

Let me answer, you are not able to get or reserve the blacks anywhere, September will not be any easier though they may be available reserving them is going to be extremely difficult. You would have a much easier time making friends here and hoping for the best in the future. Good luck.
