The thing is that the guy shot was DEFINITELY a Raiders fan (F--- 49ers Jersey) and the guy arrested was wearing a Raiders jersey and got pulled from a Raiders bus.

Off topic here but... Since you are a 9er fan and they play the Raiders next week, I am sure there are a few Raider fans here that may stake some PAM's and PAN's on the line for their beloved Silver & Black...
