Disappointment, for me sorry to say. Burn problems caused me to relight for what seemed like 10 times. I pitched it midway through. I hate to be 'that guy', but maybe with more time it'd be better. I can't speak to the flavor with the problems. Looked nice though.
How many did you smoke? Or was this a conclusion you came to after one? Just curious, as they seem to be getting high marks... Hell I can't find them!

Had my first this evening and it was great. Nice smooth smoke, vanilla and hazelnut to start with a nice nutty spice that worked in during the 2nd third. Very enjoyable. Another fantastic stick from DE!
It was not a good cigar night for the pipe noob.
Granted I did not like mine either and I smoked the whole thing. I'm kind of getting a cold so that may have been my issue but it was nothing to write home about. I'll have to revisit in a coupe months and see if it was me, or the company.

Hmm well I bought 2 gold bricks from 2 different places, burned through 5 so far. Here is my pairing and 2 cents so far.
1. Nica and Ice Water - lot of flavor no burn issues
2. Nica and Flor de Cana - little burn issue but burned back great
3. Nica and Latte - great flavor and great burn
4. Nica and Modelo - not a good mix, great flavor
5. Nica and Virgil's Rootbeer - Zomg great combo and flavor (this is win)
So far only one stick with a burn issue but corrected itself. What I noticed with this stick is time is needed on this one meaning I caught myself smoking too fast and flavors became muted. Slow and easy was how thus one for me worked best. Just my opinion, but definitely a great smoke for 7 bux!

I guess there's three things that we can pull from this:
1. If I consider AJ & Brittany my friends, you should all feel bad for me.
2. There's only been two NR sticks smoked; both weren't exciting although they made have had some other issues going on.
3. If you can't find them elsewhere, I'd be happy to grab a few for you. It clearly would be more expensive than other online no tax options.
4. I don't count very well.

Seriously though he had to relight that Rustica every couple of minutes. I even had a similar issue with the one I've had at home, although mine had some nice flavors.
