Although I agree that they're basically a gimmick, I do smoke them. I actually like them all--the Connie is a good morning smoke, the Cameroon is good anytime but IMVHO needs age (mine are over a year old and are pretty good now), Habano is good with a little something in your tummy. I've still only had one maduro, but I thought the one I had was the best NUB I'd had yet--a lot of floral notes and some chocolate, but about as strong as the Habano.
The trick to a NUB is to smoke it slower than you'd think. For some reason it's easy to get these burning too hot and then they get nasty (like any stick that burns too hot). When you burn them at that slightly slower pace, it actually works out to the smoking time they claim in the advertising/packaging, in my experience.
