Glad you finally got to try one. I really enjoy the No.4 and the Petit Lancero. Both were great smokes. Definitely try the Double Ligero if you like the nic kick.

I love Opus X. I would say the Opus X, Ashton VSG and the Padron Annies are my "treat" cigar when I have a reason to celebrate. With that said, I had my third Anejo tonight and while they're good, for the price I'd go with any 3 of the above over the Anejos. Some people say the Opus Xs are over-hyped but I think the Anejos are the ones over-hyped. Don't want to burn any bridges, just my opinion: )

I have had the perfection #5 (40x4.5, I believe). I have a petite lancero in the winedor.

I was surprised by the cinnamon in the stick in the first third, very pleasant. Also on the stronger side, but still nice.

Agree with the Anejo being over-hyped. I smoke a lot of Opus and love them. The super belicoso is my fave stick and I buy all I can when they are released.
