I'm a big omelette fan, my alltime favorite is the classic Sausage & Cheese omelette. I just made a Spinach & Feta omelette for dinner and got me thinking about some combo's I possibly haven't tried.

How do you do your omelettes?

Usually bacon and cheese for me but I recently tried a Cheesesteak Omelette that was pretty darn tasty!

What about "hot dog" and "easy cheese?"

Sorry, my GF was watching 30 minute meals with Raychael Ray this morning while I was half awake, and I now for some reason I am wondering if Extra Virgin Olive Oil would be a good thing to add to the pan before cooking the eggs?

South beach diet lets you do lots of things. It all boils down to fresh ingredients particularly fresh spices. Off course that easy in SoCal where we grow them in the back yard.
