Omelettes

Funny story! First, I love omlettes and make them great at the house and have become great at the one hand flip. Last week I was at the inlaws for breakfast and they were making omlettes and having a hard time flipping them over. I stepped in and did a flip and it whent every where! It was like the yanking off the table cloth trick that went horribly wrong!!!! Oh what a fun moment that was!

Isn't that always the way with in-laws? You go to a great resturant a 100 times, fabuous, take the in-laws there once and its terrible. The law of the in-laws:hysterica :hysterica :hysterica

I usually scramble egg whites in the morning, but for omelettes I use everything.

Yea I had egg whites this morning. Not sure if you can get whites to make an omlette. I don't think it would work.

I don't have omlettes often, but when I do it's usually vegetarian (spinach, mushroom, onion, red pepper, cheese) - sometimes with ham or shrimp.

I love them...put damn near anything in there, I'm game! cheese, sausage, hot dogs, peppers...I love them all!
