For those of you who have recently bought shorts. How was the quality? any issues with wrapper tears at the foot, being underfilled, wrapper color variations, or being short in length?

I just finished a dress box from May 07, and they were flawless.

I have a full box from 06 and they're gorgeous...no exterior construction issues.

I just came back from Cuba last week and was able to purchase a box of Bolivar Inmensas, box of Punch Royal Selection No. 11, box of Partagas Serie D No. 4 and a cabinet of 50 Partagas Shorts. Out of all those cigars (never had tried any of them before the trip) by far I enjoy the Shorts most of all. I love this cigar.

I stayed in Varadero and went to 3 LCDH stores there but they didn't have them. I ended up getting them at the Partagas factory in Havana (the guy at the counter said it was their last cabinet).

It's an '06 cabinet and I don't think I will be able to age them for any length of time as I keep smoking them.

I've got one that i fine brother here threw in as an extra on a sale he made.

i assume it's young. It's been resting for 2 weeks now. i think i;ll smoke it at lunch today. i was contemplating taking a late lunch anyhow as all the big cats are away frmo the office today; surely the mice will play.

just had my last one of these on Saturday. A beautiful day here and it went quite well with my iced coffee. Now I really need to get some more of these
