Just an FYI, a certain well known money transaction software closed a buddys acct because there was mention of CIGARS in the emails/notes. So BEWARE, do not get a brother closed down by mentioning cigars. It is a sweet deal to be able to recieve up $500 per month w/o fees. Or just plain be able to do these transactions period. I like it and it is smooth.

BTW: Are there other means of doing transactions online?

It is a good reminder  It's best to not say anything about cigars, cigar forums, or tobacco anywhere on your payment.

Actually, it is a good idea not to use them at all since you are breaking their acceptable use policy by purchasing tobacco.

The staff at BOTL has filtered their name many months ago and we do not condone their use for any transactions you make.

Taken from their site:

Tobacco Policy

PlayPal may not be used to purchase or sell tobacco, including cigarettes, cigars, and smokeless tobacco, due to the many difficulties inherent in assuring that tobacco sales comply with applicable laws.

Stormpay is currently under investigation by the FBI, FTC, BBB and Attn Generals office in Georgia, Tennessee and Utah. Best to steer very clear of this shady company.

I think western union does electronic transfers now. But either way we shouldn't mention the payment system whose name shall not be spoken anymore.

OK, I'll bite. Why don't we use their name. I see someone has even gone thru the extra effort of editing my original post in this thread. At this point I can take a hint, but I would like to know why my thread has been altered and why we don't use the name? Please advise.

As it has been stated in the other thread, they went as far as to freeze accounts of people on this site...including one that had a whole hell of a lot of donations in it. One of the requirements that they insisted on was to remove every reference to their company from this site before they would reactivate the accounts. Instead of Eric and myself wading through numerous posts to edit them, we added the term to the filter so the software would take care of the job for us.

As previously stated, it is against their agreement policy to buy tobacco. They were not pulling anything out of their ass. It is right there in black in white on their page.

Now, how they came across the problem here when there are numerous other sites where members advertise their sale and use their name for payment, we will never know.
