guess this is a week old, but i hadn't heard it. i knew the two of them had gotten together on the ss smokes, but now they are going to produce the first cigar pepin has made with a dominican wrapper. the guts will still be nicaraguan. interesting....

i like nestor miranda for some reason. have loved the SS lanceros since before pepin started blending them. they were anice little secret. guess the jigs up now.

I am intereasted in this stick. I bought some of the ss lanceros and that was my first lancero nice and tasty very oily silky smooth wrapper. It will be intereasting to see what these too come up with.

We smoked a bundle of these in Esteli last month. It was funny, we took the cigars from Pepin's before they were ever even even presented to the owner! Was pretty good. Strong, a little Dominican in that savory leathery flavor. Enough of Pepin's normal character to not disappoint his normal fans though.
