Phrases That Annoy You at Work

Every other sentence that includes "you know", when someone uses this they seem to beat it to death, you know?

Take any sentence and add "as far as" a couple places where it is not needed and you have the guy I work with.... damn does it get annoying

Everyday we leave work for the day the secretary yells see you later ladies. It wasn't even funny the first time. I have decided to just tell her to shave her lip. :smile:

Another one that bugs me is "Your attendance to this lecture/seminar is highly recommended". Is it mandatory? Does highly recommended mean you will kick me in the rear all week if I don't go?

My last boss used to ask me that after he had come up with a plan totally different from what I was getting ready to start.

I finally told him, "if you are going to micromanage me, just let me know ahead of time". He wasn't amused, but it did get my feelings across.
