I can't seem to find many threads on box pressing. That may be the only one.Here's the photos for an easy to make square press. You can tightly press it for several days and it will come out almost square. I prefer the softer edge that MarcL does using his time parameters.
The chisel head. that is the best! I want to get around too doing that.I did glue on a small tapered wedge on all four sides to curve down the tip slightly.
A before and after shows a much better looking foundation for the cap instead of a flat square head.

Thanks... that's kind of you... the separate rolls was tricky... you have to wrap each individual roll with a seco so that it will burn a separation line in between each blended roll... because the seco burns faster it leaves that dark ash gap to outline each stick... without it... they all burn as one and the outline disappearsThat pic is pure awesome.
