I was just going to echo JD's comment...
But being less nice than him, I will state the obvious: JD's participation on here and my active participation on PUFF does result in there being more Customer Complaint issues being posted... it goes with the territory, I don't think anyone is being malicious when they do it and they know they will do our best to always make it right. So it gets posted... why bother posting about XYZ's a bad cigar if you know nobody is going to read it?
Plus if a guy is posting it is typically because he really wanted to try the smoke or it is one of his favorite he regrets not having been able to enjoy.
Unless he just hates the cigar, and well those post read much much differently.
I smoke cigars from almost every factory and I am very confident that the quality of sticks is way above par and I think many folks agree with this given their popularity.
Again JD is nicer than me, so he would probably never do this, but if I felt like someone was trying to scam us or being a douche about it, I'd call them out online for being a prick, but honestly in the seven or so years I have been with DE I think this has happened online maybe 2 or 3 times...
So in short, we don't take offense, sure we'd prefer you just email us directly, but ultimately what is important to us is for you to get what you paid for.
