How did I miss this thread before? LOL!

Well since I'm Jeep buddies with Jenny (Chris) I guess I should post a Jeep pic, too. It's not the most recent pic (a couple years old) but my Jeep still sorta looks like this (just with more equipment and more body damage):

And from an earlier thread today (taken by Jenny):

As you can see, I always have Funyuns around.

Well, Frank just welded a sheet of 3/8" steel plate to the top of my cage...does that count as a "hardtop" ? :rolling:

Seriously tho, if I were buying a new JK (that's the designation code for the new 2007 redesigned Wrangler) I'd definately get one with a hard top because it's a multi-panel modular top...much easier to deal with than the older-style hard tops. With any Jeep, when you take the top off completely, there's no difference between a soft top or a hard top model. Same body, different tops, and everything is interchangable.

Of course, I haven't had a top on my Jeep in years. Shoot, I just put the windshield on it a few weeks ago for the first time in about 2 years. LOL!

All of us here have Jeeps as special-purpose off-road toys...I'm not sure any of us have a street legal rig anymore...certainly none of us have street SAFE rigs. :nodlaugh:

Cliff,

You remind me of the mailman that tells the story of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer...or maybe he reminds me of you. :dunno:
