yea here in Georgia, if you refuse a breath test then your liscense automatically is taken regardless of how much you have had to drink... they feel as though you refusing is an admittance to you being intoxicated...

They'll usually do all that too. ABC's, walk the line toe-to-toe, pencil test and all, to build the case that the officer had reason to suspect intoxication.
