First time in this thread..... AJ we need to eat some sushi some time! Its been a long night of Dogfishhead 90 min and tequila, only one cigar.. Cruzado, my first, very nice....... lol...... night
Was going to post last night, but was to wasted to try and plug in my laptop... Ultimat RBVs (red bull vodka) all night... was out drying off the grass at 5:30am.
(2) SmartWaters and (2) Gingerales deep today and I've been up for like 40 minutes. Oh well, it was fun... off to work!

I had a Market Bloody Mary at The Fish Market last week in San Diego. Made with Pepper Absolut vodka. Had a big shrimp hanging on the side, probably the best Bloody Mary I have ever had!

At it again. Just found out we have a offer on our house after 6mo. Had to hit the bottle after the agent left. Lets see they make 12 grand selling my house and I loose over 80K in CASH in 4.5 years. The kicker I have to pay 3k just to have the new buyer take my house. Good thing it shows like better home and gardens. Yep I'm sitting at my bar I hand built realizing I'm going to miss it. But I wont miss my neighborhood. Thats for damn sure. SOB!

Alfo it is our choice to leave but 1 that needs to be done. Still going to miss my house though. Its all done nothing else needs to be done but now we have to start all over again because of a shitty area. Live and learn mate. Heh? 310-239- fees and realtors. Paying 3 k in the end of 80k loss priceless.
