I hear ya and feel your pain my friend. I had a few unruly years with my oldest boy (stepson) right after he got out of high school. Just let me say I got way to familar with the lawyers, the D.A. and the court clerk. There were about three years that almost drove me insane and cost me more money than I even care to think about.

I agree with a comment above....do some checking and find the best lawyer you can. One that totally thrives on getting in the trenches for all the hand to hand combat he can get. Yes it will also probably be the most expensive way to go but it is your kids. You and your family will stay in my thoughts bud!!
