I'm sure something similiar will be on future ballots until they get it to pass.
Of course California voters defeated all the tax props this time ... in favor of borrowing another $40 Billion dollars to "rebuild CA". Pretty stupid if you ask me ... but most CA voters barely habla Engles anyway.
well, if we all move out of state, who will be left to vote that is on our side? San Diego just passed numerous statutes outlawing smoking on beaches, boardwalks, county/city parks, even w/in 1000 ft of a trans stop....
