Curious to see who is consistent in the gym and what type of supps are taken. I currently do a 5 on 2 off routine and supp with myozene, jack3d, and zma at night.

Back at cardio again (45 min. every day), but I don't have enough time lift right now. When I do lift, I use a full body circuit with dumbbells... 3 days a week. If I had the time, I would use the circuit I used in years past.

Monday: Chest and Triceps, Abs, Cardio
Tuesday: Shoulders and Biceps,Abs, Cardio
Wednesday: Back and Legs, Abs, Cardio
Repeat Thursday - Saturday
Sunday: Nothing

Supplement wise, I stick to a 3 protein (Whey, Casein, and Egg) powder in order keep my protein consumption around 160 - 170 grams per day. Usually mix it into my morning oatmeal. I eat 5-6 times per day with 25-30 grams of food based protein...except breakfast. If I am lifting, I will use Whey concentrate right after a workout. Although they are not considered supplements, I would add water and complex carbohydrates. Without them you cannot build muscle. I also take a daily multi-vitamin.

I lift 4-5 days per week. I actually manage a personal training company so staying consistent with my own workouts is a priority. Its hard to sell training and bring in new clients if I look like a slob.

I just competed in my 3rd bodybuilding competition so I was on a duffle bag full of supps but my standards are whey protein isolate for meal replacement/post workout, creatine monohydrate, BCAAs during/post workout and a carb powder post workout.

Trust me, a lot of supplements are there are BS.

Damn, how much does your supplement regimen cost each month.

Lifting 4 to 5 days a week. Supplement wise I take a few protein shakes everyday. Giving no shotgun and no synthesize a go (workout energy and creatine mix) but not very impressed so far.

Im an avid Crossfiter, and follow their 3 on 1 off program. Also follow 5/3/1 with a little Olympic lifting in as well first thing in the AM. I eat Paleo, and the only supplement I take because of it is protein, one shake after each workout.

During football season however, Sunday is a rest day no matter what WOD is on Crossfit.

You guys Suck!!! I'm joking ofcourse...bastids! LOL
I really miss the gym. I loved Cardio training the most. I really miss running more than anything in the world. I always enjoyed working out but because I got severely sick my life took a 180 change. Besides putting on alot of weight due to the drugs (high doses of prednizone) for my muscle desease, I also have a bone desease. This resulted in DJD, Ostioporosis, and I had to have double hip replacement.
I'm not trying to be a bumber...just saying how much I miss the rush from a good work out...Did I mention how much I miss running??

I did powerlifting through college, and still do a little maintenance here and there. I always am planning to go and start up heavier again, but grad school consumes more and more time... Screw it, I'll make it work. This just inspired me a little bit more :)

I'm only 155 lbs, but can deadlift 400+ (patting my own back, sorry)

With the osteoporosis I'd talk to your Dr. about doing some light weight training. Weight training is the only thing proven to strengthen bones. You can take all the calcium and vit.D you want or are prescribed but weight bearing exercise is the only thing to truely develop stronger bones. If he says its ok PM me and I'll give you some tips on getting started. My 3 specialties as a trainer are people with injuries (like your hips), pregnant women and young kids.

Kinda but not really. They arent the same thing but they have similar functions. Both inhibit the conversion of Testosterone to estrogen. Both are shown to raise testosterone levels. Novedex XT by Gaspari is a product of several compounds shown to block estrogen and raise Testosterone..which is what you want when coming off a cycle. 6oxo, to my knowledge is just one chemical shown to do pretty much the same thing. If I'm not mistaken 6oxo was pulled much longer ago and is now considered a pro hormone. Novedex XT was just pulled within the last month or two. Apparently it was causing liver and kidney problems in people. Also, it even says right on the bottle that you may piss hot in a roids test for Boldenone (equipoise). I've used Novedex XT and its great. Never used 6oxo. Both are more common with non steroid users because steroid users have no problem getting their hands on REAL Nolvadex....read below...

theres a brand name prescription called Nolvadex, generic tamoxifen citrate, which is usually prescribed to breast cancer patients to reduce the amount of estrogen. Lots of guys using roids will use this during/post cycle to reduce estrogen so they dont get the dreaded "bitch tits." Less estrogen generally will lead to more test in men since the excess test isn't getting converted so I guess this will cause elevations in test levels too.

If you're on any kind of steriod or prohormone regimen, then Novedex XT is not strong enough. Stick with either a research chem or the real deal. The post above is good info.
