If you're on any kind of steriod or prohormone regimen, then Novedex XT is not strong enough. Stick with either a research chem or the real deal. The post above is good info.
I totally agree with you. Novedex XT should be a last resort on a post cycle therapy whether its roids or prohormones. Real Nolvadex is easier to get than most roids in my opinion. Plenty of good research chem sites out there.

I workout 5-7 days. I take NO Shotgun or Superpump 250, BCAA, Myozene, AndroTest Extreme, ZMA, Animal Pak, and Joint Command.

However, I'm fairly new to this game. I've only been working out hard for about 5 months. The progress has been incredible.

What forums do y'all frequent? I've been doing all of this on my own and I'm probably doing it wrong....lol.

Don't be confused and think its all the supps you're taking thats causing the progress. Its the fact that you've only been working out hard for 5 months.

What are you stats? Height, weight, age...goals?

If you're seein results then you aren't doing anything wrong, yet. LOL. I'll PM you the forums I go to...not sure what the rules are around here about linking to other forums..even though they aren't cigar forums.

....sounds like you've been going strong in the gym and hitting prosource pretty hard:smile: I've got a friend who has been doing competition for the last 10 years so we bounce ideas and he does a lot of reading in the trade magazines.

Bodybuilding.com is the biggest one out there. Easiest thing to do is just pick up a couple magazines each month. After a while it's the same info. regurgitated in different ways every month.

Agree with picking up a few fitness mags and reading them.

Bodybuilding.com has some good info, but the problem with bodybuiding.com is that you get a bunch of 13yr olds who have no clue what they're talking about swearing all the gains they've gotten are from Cell Tech or whatever supplement is hot at the moment. Bodybuilding.com has as much bad info as good info so just be careful what you read.

I was mainly talking about all the articles on the site, not the forum part. I agree with you about the forum though. That's why I only troll the misc section. There's some funny stuff on there.

I've been rock climbing for roughly 3 years now, I train 4-5 days a week between weights and a climbing gym. I have no real interest in body building or packing on more muscle so I'm not big into supplements, however I do take L-Glutamine roughly 3 times a day while training and twice when off and have found that my recovery times have nearly been cut in half, something to consider for anyone that isn't already taking it

L-Glutamine is a great supp for recovery. How many grams are you taking when you're doing it 3 times a day?

Just one scoop each time @ 5 grams each. Apparently there is some speculation as to how much Glutamine the body can absorb daily, but I think the numbers are highly in excess of that

When I was younger and lighter, I used to rock climb all the time. The good climbers are pound for pound some of the strongest athletes I have ever known or seen. They can do things that are super crazy retarded.

I'm a pretty strong climber, but I train and climb with some people who compete on an international level. They display feets of strength that are just absolutely retarded and I would definitely agree that pound for pound they are some of the strongest people I've ever seen... Funny that most of them weigh <<<160
