My Hotty Totty recipe:
Start boiling water for hot tea,
preheat coffee cup, (fill with hot water, nuke for 30 seconds)
heaping table spoon of honey and a very healthy dash of cinnamon
steep tea, fill mug half way with tea, stir till honey dissolves.
add a healthy poor of moonshine, and a good splash of bourbon
squeeze in 1/4 lime
top off with sprite.
stir.
Will cure what ails you, or at least make it not bother you much...

No I haven’t. Don’t know anything about them. Need it down quick since this one is leaking so just replacing like for like.

Definitely. Just realized that unless my sump pump line thaws I’ll have to fill and empty 10 5 gal buckets to drain the old one instead of just letting it drain into the sump.It's not a bad job once you've done it before. Don't forget the victory cigar when done

Garden hose time. Actually, speaking of freezing, I was going to tell you ... one water heater I did was for a friend's trailer. It was below freezing, and since he had a "leaker" , his main was shut off for over a day. ( not the city main out on the property, the one under the trailer . ) When I was done, I had to thaw a pipe with a blow dryer under his crawlspace. Hopefully, you have a "local" shutoff near the heater. Secondly, if it's electric, just make sure the heater is full of water before you power the breaker back up so you don't fry your heat elements.Definitely.
