Yes. Anytime you smoke a fake like this you're taking a risk it's full of floor sweepings. Hair, glass, dirt, crud, junk. Might be fine, but to me why risk it. Smoke something good instead, you'll enjoy it more and be worry free.

Sorry if this is the same ol', rehashed, but a friend of mine, newer to cigars than even I am, sent me this picture. He bought the box for 50 bucks in Los Algodones, Mexico, just south of the border.

Sorry for the dark photo, but any chance these are real? I see some differences between the helpful pic Velorok posted, eg a thicker dark band around the brand, but am too inexperienced to know if that definitely means fake on the outter packaging.

I feel for the same think not long ago when a friend of a friend purchased the same cigars. I was all impressed they had the hook up, now I know better.
