I don't believe any current production H/M are cellophaned

Correct me if I'm wrong but that was the first stick is was placed on...they weren't phased onto the entire Cohiba line until approximately 12-18 months ago.

I must be gettin gold. Just looked at my tray full of Cohibas and my 03 stock has the new bands also.

I don't have the definitive answer, but I believe it is Yes. For instance, I do beleive the RyJ Celestiales Finos are Handmade and packaged in cello (as well as not in cello...not confusing at all, huh? lol).

Party Presidentes used to come in either, cello or no cello as well.
