It appears by the license plates that the accident took place somewhere overseas. The old lady must've had her music up too loud because it appears that she never saw or felt him as he rolled down the side of her car.

Yes, probably totally into her Tom Jones CD ... or maybe Eminem. :sing:

Actually looking at the first and second pictures closer, I think she may have tried to swerve after hitting the man (even though the second pic shows her reaction as totally oblivious). If you see where her front tires are in the first pic and then in the second, it seems the car is approx 5 feet left of where it would have been if it was going totally straight.

In any case ... a Mercedes wagon + hitting a pedestrian in a crosswalk = a BIG insurance settlement.
