They're workin on taxes to rise here in md. I combo purchase between online b and m and here with brothers. The b and m guy goes out of his way to make the place a great place to smoke. I'd feel bad if I never bought there ...but he won't see me all summer though lol

So after debating all day if I should call online retailer back and argue with them to give me the price that was advertised, I decided against it. I shouldn't have to do that, they should have honored the price the first time I called.

Lets just say that is the last time I will visit that website.

86% cigar tax means there is not one single stick under $10 bucks in my B&Ms humidor(plus no smoking indoors or within 25 feet of a building). That being said i try to buy all my accessories and pipe related stuff from them and one or two AF Hemi SS at $10 each every time i go in.

May we ask which retailer this was? Or did I miss it somewhere in the responses? If you don't want to say who they are that is fine as well.

Just checked to see if they fixed the price on their mobile site and it's still $34.99. There is no possible way I was the only one to call and question this.

Regardless, after someone called and they noticed the discrepancy, you think they would have fixed the problem!

You have proof of the pricing....you call the business and ask to speak with a person in charge and let them know that you do have proof of the purchase and want them to deliver on what they said they would do. If they still don't honor your purchase then you can let them know that you will take it higher and then onto Cigar Forums...you have the right to do this and I for one...would.

I think I would just not buy from them anymore. There are plenty of other fine retailers out there.
