I don't have the most feedback, but then again i do not do the volume you guys do. I feel i have established myself here as far as trust goes so if somebody forgets it, i am not bothered. The new guys need this establishment so it is important for them.

It's definitely the most important especially for newer BOTL and I feel for a gift it's the very least you could do. It is easy to forget and I usually remind them if it's a newer guy but not only is it polite but I often use it as a history log of payback I owe and research development.
