If they come with cello = cello on, if they come without = cello off. I never understood why that was ever a question to begin with. Not with you Dave, just in general.
If the manufacturer spent the time and money to put cello on it, why go through the trouble of removing it. Thats my thinking anyway. Plus I am lazy.

Does it matter 65 or 70%.. I thought as long as it was between 60 and 70, the cigars were ok. Sorry if this is a stupid question

You are right, you'll be fine anywhere between those lines. For me, 65% is a sweet spot, for burn and flavor. some like less some like more.

I prefer 62-65% for smoking. When I age I do a strict 65%, but I'm considering bumping it up to 68% when I get my cabinet set up.
I think that burn, draw, and flavors all increase immensely when you lower your humidity. That and smoking a stick at 70+%RH in Colorado is about the same as putting a stick of dynamite in your mouth and lighting the fuse.

Amen Bro!:thumbsup: I switched to 65% this winter and my smoking has never been better. Still using 70% for long term though.
