I woke up earlier the usual today, with a smile......had a light breakfast and feltl like smoking some vintage, sitting on my balcony with s Monte 4 from 89....... And a latte with double shot of espresso in it.

Nice Ben! I got a very similar hat in northern China back in 1984. Stepped off the train into the coldest night of my life. I still have it & use it every winter. And yesterday I had a 2008 MC#4 that was really on. Never had one as old as yours, but a couple years ago, a single 1975 MC#3 was damn impressive.

I love this hat, a Swedish brand called Fjällräven, same brand as the jacket. Extremely warm and very high quality. Glad to hear you enjoyed the vintage Monte 3, it is important to try ccs with some age to get a better understanding about the brand and how the cigars have developed.
