You need to put Nancy on a leash but it's hard to contain a firecracker! Hoping the best for her and the situation Scott.

Your prayers and well wishes are not to waste. It has really helped Nancy keep her chin up.

We've been up most the night. Here trying to sleep with an Elephant Trunk hanging off her left shoulder (keeping it elevated of course) and me in fetal position on the couch waiting for any squeek or moan. Rough night but she isn't in as much pain. One week and surgery it is.

I took a picture and I will try and upload. I wanted to get copies of the ultrasound so you folks could see how f'd up her wrist is. Man, like a bag of marbles, oooof.

Anyhow, Nancy thanks and loves you all for caring. And well, you know how I feel about you's.

Thanks, God Bless, and Happy Mother's Day to all your Mothers and Wives.

Man that sucks. You know the older we get the longer it takes to heal. We're not the gumpy teenagers anymore. Thoughts and prayers for her and a speedy/complete recovery. Jeff

Paging nurse hendy! Give Nancy my best wishes. And she'll need to listen to her PT when it's time for that. Now, back to the sponge bath!!

Wow, so sorry to hear, Scott. Keep ahead of the pain with the pain meds. Keep it elevated and ice as I'm sure your were instructed.

She'll be better in no time and post-surgery shouldn't be near as bad.

Prayers sent!

Here's a picture.

The aperatus (chinese handcuffs) are what they use to realign. They put weight in the bicept to pull the wrist straight. This was jusr before they started adding the weight.

The old Chinese finger trap reduction device! Some things haven't changed for many years. Too bad I'm not closer to do her PT. We would have LOTS to talk about!

You folks are really incredible.

Ding Dong goes the doorbell and this is handed to me

AND THIS

Nancy was "verclept". Absolutely shocked and overwhelmed at the love you have shared. I'm sure she will chime in and let her feelings know when she is feeling better, but I cannot thank you enough. This has really helped with the strain (emotional) that she is going through do to this being her first broken bone and first surgery (beside Erica).

We sure don't understand why you have treated not only myself but my family so well. We are very grateful to have you all as our Family and appreciate being part of yours.

Thanks Again and Again.
