Should i go to Cuba or not?

Is this US -> MEX -> CCs -> MEX -> US trip ? What about baggae check back in US ?

The trip is cancun-havana-cancun.

CanCun has LCDH stores, So you can get plenty of cigars with out spending money on Travel to Cuba. They also have Cuban Rum in Cancun. just sayin.

I'm guessing he's going not just for the cigars, but to actually visit and see Havana/Cuba. I am dying to visit Cuba, but I could really care less if I am able to bring home some cigars. I just want to see the city, feel the culture, eat the food, smoke some good cigars while relaxing in old Havana!

It's 50% cigars and 50% culture, but with the CC prices in Cancun beeing 100%+ more than the prices in Havana i would go break even if i bought 2 boxes.

There is nothing like smoking in Havana. And for bringing back cigars there are a few options mainly custom rolls with closed feet or something to say that there was a roller that came to your hotel in Cancun. It would then also be something you could not get at home or in mexico.

Just so no one is thinking you just pulled the bands off of some CC's. Don't know if that is needed or not but was my thoughts to getting some stuff back.

Or some place make some other wierd sizes. If Hamlet is home you could possibly get some flying pigs pre rolled for you.

Makes sense and I will definitely keep that in mind. But I doubt customs people really know all the sizes of cuban cigars, but I guess anything that would help the matter is good for us Americans, in the Land of the Free where we can't even buy a cigar!?! LOL
