Some good staples there Eddie. What code did you get on the Montes? Many people saying the 13's have been pretty good.

It was a May 13 box code. Was shooting for ABR month but those are getting snatched up super quick ever since CA put it as their No. 1. The wrappers look great. Need to try one soon to see what all the hype is about.

We're those JL2s graded or you lucked out? The construction looks amazing in the photo you posted. Mine smoke great, but they don't look nearly as flawless as those... Ha ha ha. Great pickups for sure.

I know when they left Cuban production, but I had heard that the quality had taken a hit at the end which was one of the main motivators for moving to the Dr. Just curious. They look great from what you can see in the cello...

They are "80s", the cabs are easier because you can still get dates on box/cabs these are just "80s" one of the packages was in a Christie's auction in the 90s and even then the auction sticker and lot number says 1980 but take that for what it's worth, probably mid 80s, that's what you tend to see the most of. They are quite pristine the picture doesn't really do them justice.
