See down under Coady they are legal, so there is no reason for customs to hang onto them if you pay your duty... that's why it's odd they were held for a month.

Got my order, and all I can say is holy crap that smell is gorgeous!! Especially the Cazadores, I guess since it was an unopened box and cigars were foil packed ..just wow
