That is crazy! If there's a next time, you should ask them what RH they run. If they ask what's that, you can assume they're on the shelf with the boots and knives.

Negative. I've ordered Perdomos from them twice. Both times the sent the right thing and neither time was there a problem with the humidification level. However, it did take them nearly a week to ship the cigars both times.

I've worked in a warehouse. To me it seems like some hot shot thought he could remember the right part number and grabbed the wrong thing or he accidentally switched up the boxes. Somewhere a guy might be saying, "wow, I ordered Rocky Patels and they sent me LPs. This company is awesome."

Either way, I'll probably skip them in the future. If I order on Friday morning it shouldn't take until the following Thursday evening to ship my stuff. The deals aren't any better than what you can find on Monster or Cbid if you'e patient. It isn't worth the hassle of wondering if they will get your shipment out or if it will be the right thing. Too much frustration in dealing with them it seems.

That Tat is a monster mummy. I have one that I haven't set flame to yet and hear they are outstanding. What shop in Scottsdale was that?

Scottsdale cigar between Raintree and Lloyd wright on loop 101. On E. 87th I believe. Had almost a full box left. He highly recommended it to me.
