well it is official, I am signing a contract today on a house. I have been looking for something for the past year or so with my GF with no luck. My GF currently owns a house which we have had on and off the market for the past 6 months. People have come and looked at it but it never moved.
Just a week and a half ago a friend of ours told us about a house where the guy couldnt sell it and needed to get out, we went and saw it and he gave a a price we couldnt pass up. We have decided to rent out the house we are currently in and get the house. I am stressed out with all the bullshit you have to deal with but in a month it will all be over and we will be moving fingures crossed, as long as he finishes a couple of things agreed upon and the home inspection and appraisal come in good.
