A few years will do wonders for the EP Carillo Inagural 2009. La Triviata is a good one from 09, but I can't see that type of profile benefitting from heavy age.

Agree with everyone re: the drac. I feel like a year of rest will do this one great.
The SW Maddie was mind blowing. I'm sad I only got one. The regular SW Reserva is great but doesn't really compare.
