Smoking ban approved in SLO

Why is a restaurant owner allowed to define his own smoking policy? It is his restaurant. Even if he decided not to allow smoking I would respect that. It is his restaurant. Too much government!!!

Is this inforced by the Police ?
I know here in MA all the smoking bans are NOT inforced by the police.
You have to call the Board of health to write the ticket...In which case you can tell them to go eat shit.

Many was the time I got stopped by police in Hyannis and told to put my cigar out or get a ticket...this was after buying a cigar at the local B&M ( Puff The Magic ) and lighting it up only to have the beat cop tap me on the shoulder...."Put it out or I give you a ticket"....a hole!!!

Well I go here for work So I guess I am going to find out about this law. I will fight it if I get a ticket.
