Thanks for the welcome gents! Pfm and Justin, since I'm so green to this, I'm still trying to get my bearing on what some of my favorites are. I've had a few Cubans that I really enjoyed like the Siglo VI, Sublime LE 2004, and Monte #2. I've liked many of the Nicaraguan smokes as well as the Padron 1926 Series and Partagas. A friend and I had a Gurkha Beast the other day, and that was great! I have a Kristoff calling my name for this weekend. I really need to do a lot more research though and start sampling great cigars that create less damage to the wallet! I know I'll be able to get a lot of great suggestions from everyone on this forum in that regard! The other problem, I just realized about six months ago, is I had been smoking too fast and drawing too hard. A lot of the cigars that I found to be too bitter and spicy, with nasty aftertastes are probably very good - I was just going about it all wrong! Some of them were simply too young as well. I need to go back and try some of those again, because I'm sure the problem was with me, not the cigar! One thing is certain - my wife isn't as pleased with my newfound hobby as I am! I keep getting in trouble everytime she finds a receipt or sees a new delivery to the house!
