The O Perfecto kicked my ass a bit at a buddy's wedding last year. But then again, it could have been the two bottles of wine I drank as well. Tasted great from what I can remember :headroll:I have smoked a T110 on a empty stomach when they 1st came out to see what would happen. Not much just a little heady. Whats my point? The last cigar to make me sit on the stairs in my basement wondering who just gut punched me. Little over a year ago. A Oliva serie O perfecto. Weird coincidence heh?
From a medical standpoint I don't know if "start smoking cigarettes" is really the best advice you can give someoneMicrowave chicken pot pie probably one of the worst meals you could have. Too much coffee.
Probably not a good idea but...
If the nicotine is too much for you I would say you can fix that problem by smoking a pack of cigarettes. Get American Spirits (all natural, organic possibly) or something strong. Not a good idea to smoke ciggs but should build a tolerance to that nicotine. Oh and smoke like one a day for a week then two a day gradually increase.

I hear ya Frank. It only happened to me once as well. When I was brand new to cigars. It was my first Tat Black from AJ. My first Tat actually. I almost passed out but I didn't throw up. And I sure as hell finished that bad boy! I was smoking all mild sticks at the time. Now the Tat Black is my all time favorite smoke. I can smoke almost anything on an empty stomach now.:smokingboSo there you have it start drinking more alcohol and start smoking a pack a day...........:hysterica
I only remember this ever happening to me once and I attributed it to the fact I was smoking a strong cigar on a completely empty stomach. That was a few years ago when I first started smoking and has not happened since.
