The interior lid sticker, "secondary brand logo" or whatever it's called... fakers can never, and I mean never, round the corners of those stickers correctly. I think they do it by hand with a pair of scissors and we all know how difficult that is. That's the first thing I look for on an open box (which features a sticker with rounded corners.)
The bottom right wonky rounding of that sticker immediately shouts fake.
Personally I would never smoke a counterfeit. Who knows what's in 'em? They were made -- or at least procured -- by criminals out to steal your money. If someone cares so little about you that he's willing to rip you off, it's highly unlikely he cares enough about your health to put good quality fakes in the box.
