at night, all the light we'll have is from the fire. Bring em and if we play, I'll be glad to take your money, if we don't no harm done.

I have a hibachi, and we have issue with fire on the beach. We have to either grill inside the firepit, or 50 yds across the sand in the concrete. so if you have a small hibachi style grill a second one wouldn't hurt, butI also have a disposable 1 use grill if we need it. I'm thinking worst case, we ay need a bit more matchlight. But we can grill for 35 minutes after the coals are ready. So with a large bag of matchlight we might be good, but I'll PM Steve and see if he can grab some in case.

Do we need more gilling food? We have burgers from Danny, and carne asada from the cowboy, guac, and chips, etc. Should we grab a costco bag of dogs and buns?

I was down for a couple of case of beer in icechest w/ ice Firewood and Bucci Ball. Pete had the 5lbs of Carne Asade and Clint had the Guac and Chips.

If we need more Carne Asada I will be happy to bring it.

If you would like a large grill, I can bring my big smoker. You can direct cook on it too.

Is anyone bringing knifes for the Carne Asada? My wife won't let me bring her's.

Man, I would love to make this, the food and drink are setting up to be something spectacular. Not to mention the great guys to hang out with...maybe next year for me.

Unless Chuck can book me a flight on his expense account.

I got a grill knife. A big grillis not really a great idea, because we'll have to set it up roughyl 50 yards away. With enough matchlight we can handle everything on the hibachi. Might take a few rounds of cooking, but it let's us keep the grill close to the camp site.
