some of these stories are especially bad when they are giving out bad info. noob smokers can be really misled.
sometimes i just gotta shake my head.

I think their staff is more knowledgeable about pipes, than cigars. It's still my favorite B&M in the KC area, though. I was there about 2 weeks ago and spent a few hours in their lounge. The first guy I asked about the new Jamie Garcia blend was confused, but the owner knew they had it.
Doesn't surprise me... but what really ticks me off is when I ask if they carry Tatuaje, give me a "WTF?" look and then start to get all high and mighty on me.
Like "no we never heard of that brand... we only carry quality cigars" type of attitude. That is when I apply my "never step foot in this place again" rule... and i'm VERY strict about adhering to that rule :devil:
