That's the one, I just would never pay that much for it. Don't get me wrong, it's probably worth it in the grand scheme of things, but I just can't bring myself to pay that for a bottle of bourbon. At MSRP or slightly above I'll grab a couple of bottles, but not at inflated prices like that.
Exactly, unless it was a charity auction I would not go above 85 for it, eventhogh I LOOOOVE the stuff!!

Seriously! I can get two bottles of Noah's Mill 15yr Small Batch for that price.

So I kept checking my state website to see if they were getting Stagg. Well it finally showed up and I went to special order a bottle because this year they were not sending it to stores. I went to get a bottle of vodka and order the bourbon. The store I went to coincidentally was a storage location for the state's website ordering system. They would not allow me to buy the bottle while I was in the store though. I had to go home, order it online, PAY SHIPPING!, and then wait to hear I can pick it up. If those assholes shipped the bottle from one store room to another I will laugh to death maybe. The mismanagement of this state liquor system is crazy and they suck at customer service. The clerks want to help but the state policies keep them from doing anything.

I actually emailed the state customer service line to see if they have a response for their terrible management of products people want.

Well they called me today that my Stagg had been delivered to the store that was storing cases of Stagg. I actually think they shipped one from another store. The director of marketing and branding for the state liquor system replied to my customer service complaint. She of course fed me a bunch of BS as to why what had taken place happened the way it did. The nice lady that tried helping me out waited on me again. She said my customer service complaint prompted a phone call to the store. I asked if they were pissed at her because she told me about the bottles in the back, she said "Nope, they don't bother me if they had said something anyway". We're on a first name basis from here on out though.
