Storage and mold

I had to smoke my sand shark very prematurely due to mold. Only cigar in my whole humi to have any, then and now.

it was in the cello so it didn't spread at all thankfully

Nah..I had a chance to buy one of the really old Hummis with copper in a shop just outside Richmond last September...too much effort.

I don't/won't use copper in my coolers anytime soon. I have had 1 box of cuaba's grow mold like 1 1/2 years ago. I don't think it's a big issue outside of the Fuente products but you never know...copper just might be the next big thing in taste profiles.

I have tasted the same thing but I think that's more of a soil issue. I can't remember what brand it was but it tasted like I was smoking tobacco out of a galvanized steel pipe.
