I have eaten a lot of weird things: Possum, Snake, Eel, Bull Testicles, Squid, Snail, Raccoon, Squirell brains. Most were one time things just to say I did it. I do love me some chittlins (chitterlings) and I eat them every chance I get. opeyes:

My grandfather loves them. Back when I was about 12 years old, I used to hunt squirrell alot. My grandfather would say "Just save me the head!" I ate them once with him. He likes to scramble them in with eggs for a breakfast treat. Very bland in flavor. I can say it tastes a little like marrow. They say it is dangerous to eat them because of parasites.
