Tatuaje Especiales (brown label lanceros) I feel like these are often overlooked and are one of my favorites.

As far as a harder to find lancero goes the AF Don Carlos lancero was amazing.

Not mentioned yet, but I like the Illusione HL in the candela wrapper as well as the CyB TAA Lancero. Also the 7-20-4 dogwalker is a great petit corona and is about the same size as the baitfsh.

For Lanceros:

If you bend the Cuba way then Cohiba Lancero and Trinidad Fundadores are awesome!

For the NC department I really Love DPG Blue, Tat Black, Cain F Lancero, Viaje Exclusivo. Have not tried a L40 yet but since I really love DE stuff I can imagine that it is a solid smoke.

I feel like the 107 Lancero and 100 Anos Lancero get overlooked when it comes to lanceros. 100 Anos I can understand because you're looking at $12 before taxes probably. Both are phenomenal though and seem to be forgotten in a time of powerhouse blends.
