I'm bad about losing shades...can't tell you how many I've left in mexican restaurants after one Tecate too many.

I have a pair of Native Eyewear glasses that I've had about 6 months that are awesome. Have to hang on to these somehow. They're great for playing in the woods or being on the water.

if I get a pricey pair I will lose them. Cheap ones last me forever.

The very first time i decided to purchase a pair of Ray Ban's, They fell from my shirt pocket while I was getting out of car, I did not notice untill I heard a crunching sound as a car drove over them. :cursing:

I'll have to start shopping around.

I have to wear sunglasses otherwise people start mistaking this polish/german hungarian for an Asian descent.

I used to buy expensive sunglasses, but I kept losing them or scratching the hell out of them.

I have one pair of semi expensive ones I bought for driving, (polarized), and 3 sets of $12 dollar sets from Rite Aid.

I used to have a ton of cheap sunglasses and wore different ones everyday. Last spring I worked with an Ophthalmologist who swore Maui Jims were the best lenses (best filtering/polorized etc).
I got a pair and I threw all the cheap ones out. Putting them back in the case all the time helps me to keep them in good shape and I don't lose them.

I tend to keep my sunglasses for about 5+ years. The current set are Revos. VERY nice but a bit on the heavy side.

It's getting to be time to replace them, so I think I am going to pick up some Maui Jims this next time. (I have never lost a pair). I was eyeballing the titanium dealeys that you can bend and twist. (Not that I would mind you).

Anyone know where to get any kind of deal on this kind of stuff?
