T52 FP Construction Problems

I would say sorry that I missed this post, but I have to say that I have been way from the boards for the last 75 days or o due to cir safari and end of year stuff.

The issue with the box of T52 you purchased look like the hit the floor somewhere between Nica and your hands.

Please don't bother with the retailer on this one, as it is Christmas time and he probably busy. Please count up the ones that were damaged and I will get you the replacements immediately. Best if I can get it out today, o please let me know.

Be well and please don't be angry at the retailer. I will work it out with you immediately.

I read this just in time.I called the b&m yesterday and they asked me to call back today when the owner was in. I'm not going to have to do that now.

I really appreciate this type of costumer service. This is above and beyond.

Just following up - if anyone ever has any problem with any LPs, they are 100% guaranteed by us - we will replace them - you paid for a premium cigar you deserve a premium cigar - period. You buy them on good faith and we return the service in kind. Some people might say this policy could be abused by consumers, but we believe in the inherent good of cigar smokers.

That is terrific customer service! I did have a issue with one T52 Robusto I had a few weeks ago, however my B&M, who is terrific, replaced it for me no questions asked. I had the replacement a few days ago with no issues whatsoever...terrific stick!

Same here Bob. The only issue I've had was not DE's fault. It was with a sampler left outside in the June Florida sun for five, six hours when we were there for a vacation(ordered signature confirmation, they just left the box outside.)

Box was great but the fiver just did not smoke right. Never had any construction issues with them. Truth be told, if they did, I would probably smoke them anyway

My main problem with Liga Privada is that it's often difficult to light up other cigars when I have these in my humi, lol.
