IMHO CRA-like idea is better.

You log into www.tatuajemonster.com and order yourself a box and pay $66.60 and have it shipped to your local, AUTHORIZED, tatuaje dealer.

Pick it up from your local B&M for $102.40+tax and call it a day.
(or vice versa - pay B&M $66.60 and Pete the $102)

This seriously is fair for most I think (could be wrong)- including the retailer, because your local would have some opportunity to make $$ on the LE.

I think the answer is simple:

Do it just like this year, but one of the "13" gets an extra 666 or 1300 boxes specifically designated to phone/internet orders (limit 2). That would keep all the positives from the B&M situation and add a bunch of very happy brand supporters (like us).

You could get it shipped to any CRA member/authorized retailer shop. This includes shops that do internet sales.

They get the package with your name/email address on it, and call or email you. You pay the difference and it gets shipped to you.
