Poutine.... looks terrible and sounds terrible when described, but if you're in a state where you can purchase cheese curds (unfortunatly in Michigan all cheese needs to be aged 60 days so it kinda makes it impossible) its a must try.

The cheapest place I've found to get the best gravy mix is canadiandelicacies.com: http://canadiandelicacies.com/sauces-soups.html it's the St. Huberts on top, there are some other sites where you can order a pouch at a time vs a box.

Strange looking stuff bro, strange. I never heard of that stuff in Maryland area, or anywhere east coast for that matter. Must be a northern thing.

Yeah not sure what to think about that one. Its one of those thing that looks like crap but probally tastes good.

The "authentic" poutine can really only be had in Quebec, specifically Montreal now adays. However, throughout Canada it is available, but it usually varies in how it is prepared and the quality. You can even get it at fast food places like McDonalds and KFC there.
