This seems to be a pretty good deal - have they had better than this before?
So I finally ordered from them and bought a box of Undercrowns - was disappointed since it's supposed to be an unopened box. Box was definitely open and label torn. Should I contact them - anyone have experience with their customer service?
Maybe they opened it to check they were in good shape? My first box from them was sealed but damaged upon inspection. I know this happened to quite a few others that also ordered the same one. Maybe they are checking now? I have a box on the way I will let you know when it arrives if its open. But assuming they are all their it makes no difference to me if i break the seal or not.
That is the best deal I have see on there.
They do $40 off 150 every now and then.

I have heard some vendors follow that practice. I've received boxes with cut seals in the past. It all smokes the same, right?

Well, the boxes of liga privada, Herrera Esteli and even acid that we get at the shop I work at have come that way for years. They are sealed in plastic though

so i don't know if this will actually work, but as we know FSS has their 20% off 150 or more.. well for shits and giggles i did the box frenzy with 3xLP9 and an ashton estate box.. total = 1047..
now it says 'no coupon code' can be combined with it, BUT it applied for my cart, and i took it all the way through checkout without actually submitting. so if it actually went through, that would be 1047 - 20% = $838 / 97 sticks = $8.64 per stick.. not a damn bad deal for LP9's and ashton
unfortunately i'm not pulling the trigger since i can'f afford that lol but it is tempting

I ended up grabbing 35 Oliva Melanio petit coronas for $3.50 a stick. Had them in the monster mash up, couldn't resist
I have never gotten an unsealed open box before from any online retailer, ever. Including all ligas, Herrera Esteli and Undercrowns.

I was referring to the labels being cut at the factory as you can see in the examples below. They have always come in that way. The boxes are sealed but the labels are cut at the factory before being sent.
